A form submission is only a request for pricing and availability. It is not a binding quote, confirmed capacity, tender acceptance, rate confirmation, or agreement to arrange transportation. Any service commitment must be confirmed separately in writing by an authorized Twin Torches representative and remains subject to shipment requirements and qualified carrier availability.
4. Shipper requests and credit
Submitting a shipper packet request does not approve an account or establish payment terms or a credit limit. Twin Torches may request additional information, review credit, require signed agreements, approve or decline an application, or impose conditions before accepting loads.
5. Carrier requests
Submitting carrier information does not approve a carrier or promise freight. Carrier use is subject to identity, authority, insurance, safety, contact, fraud, and compliance verification; signed documentation; and final approval. Load offers and rate confirmations are issued only after any required approval.
6. Fraud prevention and sensitive information
Official Twin Torches communications use email addresses ending in @tttransportllc.com. Do not submit banking, ACH, tax ID, account credentials, insurance documents, or other sensitive financial or identity information through a public website form. Verify suspicious load offers or payment-change requests by calling Cody Reaves at (661) 932-2675 or Jeff Reaves at (805) 441-1750.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person or business, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that impairs it, or use the website for unlawful activity.
